Plot Overview

It is learned that in all of the years that Stan has been a CIA Agent that he has never killed a bad person,or any person.All of the killing that had takened place while he was present never happened.The deaths came by accident,or somebody else had been responsible.Stan is determined to make his first kill,so that he can feel like a real CIA Killer.He searches but cannot find the person that deserves killing.Until,he spots a person who had recently moved next Door to his House.The Person name is Randy.Stan as well as Roger finds out that this young Man is a Child Molester,an admitted one.Stan finds this out when the Man plans to take Steve,and his Friends on a trip to the Amusement Park.Once Stan makes his kill,he will then feel confident as a CIA Killer.But,can Stan actually kill this admitted Pedophile?
