Plot Overview

Employed by Karl Aurbacher to find Victoria Bratten who is being held for $4 million ransom in the rain forest near Maraca, San Cristobal by rebels of the old regime.

Victoria Bratten is an anthropolgist working with and studying the native tribe trying to save their way of life threatened by the government who want to sell their land to lumber companies.

Judson has his own reasons to attempt a rescue, they once lived together.

The team's guide is killed by a poisoned dart but is revived by Faran using herbs and spirit singing.

Following are agents for the lumber company led by a man with his own agenda and the truth is more complicated except for the fact Victoria must die and when she is struck by a poisoned dart Faran is not on hand to save her.
