Plot Overview
The Surety Detective Agency has a knack for solving jewel thefts, and Bailey and Spencer Investigations are losing clients to them. Stu suspects that they're pulling a scam, and he's right--the surfer son of one of the theft victims, a faded movie star, has been aiding the 'detectives' in the thefts by crashing parties and casing the houses for them.
