Plot Overview
Bailey is summoned to New York City by an NYPD Lieutenant, with whom he'd clashed in the past, to clear the hard-nosed cop of bribery charges. He's actually testifying for the defense in a murder case, certain that he saw the accused killer miles away from the crime scene, but someone is determined to see that he doesn't testify and deposited $20,000 in his bank account.
