Plot Overview
Hannah visits the school guidance counselor, Mr. Porter (where she secretly records the conversation) and reveals to him about her rape, but Mr. Porter tells her that there's not much he can do if Hannah refuses to press charges and ignores Hannah when she reveals that she's suicidal; in the present, Clay gives Tony the tape of his conversation with Bryce to copy and confronts Mr. Porter about his conversation with Hannah before her death; Marcus, Courtney, Zach, Jessica & Tyler testify at the depositions where Tyler reveals that Hannah's tapes exist; the teenager with the gunshot wound to the head is revealed to be Alex, who is in critical condition.
