Zen Gray, a popular fitness and lifestyle speaker, is best known for her appearances on seasons one and two of Bravo's hit reality show, Work Out. An ACE Certified fitness professional with over 16 years of experience in group fitness instruction and personal training, Gray showcased her abilities on the show, helping overweight and out of shape clients focus on personal fitness goals.
Beyond personal training, Zen Gray is a well known philanthropist in the Los Angeles area. She is a member of the Sirens Society, a group of 100 women that participate in monthly charitable functions, and she is a spokesperson for Project Angel Food, which delivers meals to those suffering from life-threatening illnesses. When not helping others through optimizing personal health or through charity work, Gray is a stand-up comedian.

Previously, Gray was an award-winning speaker for the Dale Carnegie Training organization and has completed two triathlons and is currently training for her third. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois where she was a co-founder of the Women’s Weight Lifting Club and member of the Illinettes and Illini Dance Teams.
