Plot Overview
Anna Kinison of Arizona and her husband, Jeremy work as freak show performers. Despite their profession, the Kinsons are a very traditional family: Anna does all of the cooking & cleaning, and makes sure that Jeremy has a hot meal when he gets home from work. Their two kids, 7-year-old Cataya and 6-year-old Ryan do very well in school and their parents are strict about their homework; the kids don't have friends over very much and hang out with their parents' friends.
Anna swaps lives with Jamie Czerniawski of New Jersey where appearance is everything for her and her husband, Charles. Jamie also makes sure that her two kids: 8-year-old, Alex and 6-year-old Mikey look well at all times. The family believes that being popular in school is more important than grades and allow their kids' friends around all the time; Jamie does little cleaning around the house and stays in bed until 11:00 in the morning, leaving Charles to handle all the chores in between working three jobs.
