Plot Overview
Alexandra Graf and her husband, Robert from New Hampshire run their own German-style bed and breakfast business where the whole family works together, including their three kids: 16-year-old Meagan, 14-year-old Zacchaeus (or "Bubba") and 11-year-old Daphny. With the kids working non-stop at the bed and breakfast, they don't much of a social life and Robert makes the kids work hard even when they don't want to.
Alexandra swaps lives with Lisa Medici from New York. Lisa and her husband, John have spent a lot of money on their 16-year-old son, Nick's dream to become a bodybuilder. John devotes a lot of his time to helping out Nick as he coaches him and even gives him a spray tan for his competition. Meanwhile, 12-year-old Guiseppe spends most of his time doing graffiti in his bedroom and constantly disrespects his parents.
