Whitechapel is a mystery drama that aired on ITV. While the first season followed the hunt for a Jack the Ripper copycat, and the second focused on the attempt to re-establish the Kray Twins criminal empire, the final to seasons change format, expanding from three to six episodes per season, with each investigation spanning only two episodes. The crimes where all still linked to London's history though.
