Plot Overview

A grief stricken Will is obsessed with finding his wife's killer and blackmails Doreen into helping him, threatening the removal of Kaiya. When he discovers Meg’s bracelet is missing, the resulting (ramp) dog search traumatises Kaiya and Doreen comes to the unselfish conclusion that the little girl is better off living on the outside. Struggling without any contact with her daughter, Bea has a visit from her husband Harry, who wants to ensure not only are they sticking with their lie, but to warn her off contacting their daughter. While Vera struggles as acting Governor, prison advocate Erica shines for General Manager, Derek Channing. Erica eventually proves herself and is promoted to the new Governor of Wentworth and Vera is humiliated.
