Wander Over Yonder is an animated adventure comedy that aired on Disney Channel and Disney XD. It is created by Craig McCracken (Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends)
Wander is described as an overly-optimistic galactic traveler who with his trusty but bullish steed Sylvia spreads happiness to worlds threatened by the show's principal villain, Lord Hater and his minions. McCracken himself describes Wander as "a nomadic hippie Muppet man." He doodled with the character some years earlier, showing off the character on T-shirts at San Diego's Comic-Con International.
Craig McCracken officially announced that Disney Channel will halt production of the show after its 80th episode in 2016.
