Plot Overview
Walker arrives back in Dallas by airplane to deliver racist killer Cliff Eagleton who when in Los Angeles had murdered two Rangers, and tried to start up a racial cleansing Organization. Walker hands Eagleton over to the Federal Marshals, but caution them to keep a watchful open. They are soon ambushed by Eagletons men, and killed. Eagleton has a plan that he already has put in place which will have a catastrophic effect on the country. Knowing that Eagleton will begin whatever plan he has in Dallas Walker, and the other Ranger along with Sammo Law, an Asian Police Officer that Walker worked with in Los Angeles must find out where Eagleton is, and where his plan will take place.
