WWF Championship Wrestling is an American professional wrestling program that aired in syndication. Originally known as WWWF Championship Wrestling from its debut in 1972 to 1979 and then as WWF Championship Wrestling from 1979 until the show ended production on August 31, 1986, it was produced and syndicated by Capitol Wrestling Corporation (the original parent company of the World Wrestling Federation, now WWE) until 1982, then by Capitol Wrestling successor Titan Sports Inc. from 1982 until the end of its run. It was replaced on the week of September 7, 1986 by a new program, WWF Superstars of Wrestling.
