Varsity TV is owned by Varsity Media Group, Inc., a media company that provides entertainment focused on the teen demographic. Varsity TV is a network that showcases programming produced by teens themselves, along side professionally produced teen programming. Varsity has secured distribution agreements for national and international distribution of Varsity TV with Verizon Communications, Akimbo, NCTC, OOH! TV, MovieSeer and Optical Entertainment Network.
