Underbelly: Razor is a 13-part miniseries on the Sydney Razor gang era of the late 1920's and 1930's. It focuses on its two leading figure heads in the criminal underworld, Kate Leigh and Tilly Devine and their struggle for power of the Darlinghurst area, during the years 1927 and 1936.
