To Tell the Truth (2000) is a game show that aired on syndication. It was the fifth edition of the show under that name.
Game play remained the same, picking out the real person behind an event or feat from two imposters. This edition brought back the audience poll used on the CBS edition during its final season. The only other noted difference was that some of the subjects were spicier than the show had been known for in the past. As such it was branded with a "TV-PG" rating.
A new version of To Tell the Truth started airing in 2016. This makes it the show the second game show to air first run episodes in seven consecutive decades (The Price Is Right being the first).
