It's Test Day, and Buster shows 3 cartoons.

Never Too Late to Loon: Plucky needs to impress Shirley, his true love interest, but she won't help him. Plucky will try his best to make Shirley help him.

Li'l Sneezer: Furrball meets a talking baby mouse named Sneezer when he takes the job for a babysitter. Sneezer only succeeds to catch a sneezing fit, tolerate Furrball, and he gives him his bad cold in the end of the cartoon.

To Beep or Not to Beep: Fowlmouth has a swearing problem when he tries to make Shirley like him. This cartoon is the same as Never Too Late to Loon, only with him instead of Plucky.
