[edit] Plot Overview

The show opens with an unusual beginning - the set is empty expect for a tape recorder. Walt has left a message explaning that since he couldn't be there in person, he's arranged for guest hosts - Chip and Dale. The 2 chipmunks have brought a book filled with stories of their exploits. Throughout the show, Dale keeps turning the story of The Lone Chipmunks, and bullets, lassoes, and other dangers jump out of the book. Chip warns him to leave the story for later and, with a brief song and dance number, they introduce each of the stories.
