President is informed.

Commotion at the scene. Press has been briefed. More importantly there is no vice president.

Babies are being born. Toby and Andy's babies.

Donna finds a ransom note. says Qumar should be left alone.

Hour 4.

Abbey dashes into press room to appeal for terrorists. Realizes (thru Amy and C.J) its a bad idea.

An other problem. An unidentified Airplane 90 miles away from a nuclear plant. President is feeling some symptoms of M.S.

Tells Leo to very quietly arrange members of cabinet and call the speaker of the house. Indicating he would like to invoke 25.

Toby is with his babies. Names them Haq and Molly. Molly, after an incredibly brave woman.

Senior staff gather. Leo informs President is invoking 25.

Temporarily transfer all the power of Presidency to next in line. To political enemy.

Mr. Speaker shows up. Formalities are done. President is relieved from Presidential duties.

End of Season 4.
