The Tick vs. Mr. Mental is the fourth episode of the first season of The Tick (1994), and the fourth episode overall. The Tick (1994)/The Tick and Arthur are invited to the Evil Eye Cafe. There, Mr. Mental performs hypnosis on The Tick, and he later uses that mind link to control The Tick to steal the Thinking Cap.
