Plot Overview

As the incoming captain Monica Rowling gets acquainted with the Barn, Dutch and Claudette work the drowning of a family at a motel and try to find the missing child. Siding with Vic as he tackles the case, they run into a One-Niner who has made himself out as a reformed community leader.

  • The Strike Team has been dissolved.
  • With Aceveda sabotaging Vic's chances of being transferred to a different unit, Rowling approaches him over leading a task force to target gangs and will funded by a forfeiture programme.
