Plot Overview

Setting the Armenians and Mexicans against each other threatens to go sideways when Penzeuela greenlights Rezian.

The Mayor's release of a top ten list of the most wanted gangs results in innocents getting killed in gangbangers' efforts to rank.

Dutch and Billings work a case of a woman killed when a cinder block is dropped on her head, but the Hispanic tenants won't speak up.
