Plot Overview

Vic and Aceveda both try to compete to get the attention of Pezuela's boss Beltran.

Shane and his family find a safe place to stay, as Claudette and Dutch find Corrine is willing to cooperate in bringing Vic down.

Happenings

• Vic approaches Beltran about his lack of confidence in Pezuela and to prove his worth, he tells Vic to take out Pezuela. He instead turns him over to Olivia and to keep him safe, they fake his death, which Beltran accepts.

• When a realtor show up at the house, Shane and Mara are forced to leave.

• Vic has Santi and the Byz Lats be on the watch for Shane and keep him for him with a reward of $10,000. When Shane is found, he convinces them to take the almost $100,000 he has and leave without calling Vic.

• Shane calls Vic and tells of a letter addressed to Claudette about one of their crimes, as a means of keeping them occupied trying to intercept it. He also Vic arrange to get him $100,000, which Corrine will deliver.

• While Mara is on the line, Claudette tells that if she comes in, she'll be given immunity and Shane a better deal than Vic's and to call if she's interested later where she can talk. Immediately after hanging up, she tells Shane that Corrine is working with the police.

Characters

• Corrine approaches Dutch and Claudette about helping in their investigation to get Vic out of she and her kids be rid of him, on the condition Vic doesn't find out her role. They monitor her calls and has her feed information to Mara.

• To get in with Beltran, Aceveda makes a public show of chewing Pezuela out. When he responds by hitting him, Aceveda fights him before pulling out a gun and asserting Pezuela is the errand boy.

• With Pezuela out of the way, Aceveda is approached to deal directly with Beltran.
