Plot Overview
Four cops are lured out on phony distress calls, only to be fired on and killed. A timid young man, who happens to be the son of a cop, is a witness to one of the killings, but even he isn't sure of what he saw, due to his faulty memory. Lt. Ryker takes a liking to the young man, unaware that he's mentally disturbed.
