Plot Overview
Terry finds himself partnered with a cynical veteran officer--the first black man hired for the force--and they wind up helping to supervise at-risk youths at a camp in the woods. Unbeknownst to them, a burglar is after one of the kids there, a kid they busted who was the witness to his crime.
