Plot Overview
A mysterious killer lures firefighters out to fires, where they are murdered. All the victims are firefighters with mustaches, which leads the officers to believe that the killer has a grudge against a particular firefighter. They discover that the killer is a man who's out for revenge against firemen after his family was killed in a collision with a fire truck. Terry has the added responsibility of breaking in Willie's replacement, Officer Chris Owens.
