The Ripping Friends (2001–2002) is an animated comedy series created by John Kricfalusi for FOX Kids. The series stars four incompetent superhuman brothers who happen to be the most powerful crime fighters in the universe. The series was created even before Powdered Toast Man on The Ren & Stimpy Show, Kricfalusi and his long-time writing partner Jim Smith first thought up the show as a feature film about the world's "manliest men."
