Plot Overview
A research assistant disappears before she can present Howard with evidence that an old and dear friend, the Mayor of Chicago and a possible candidate for a high level government position, is in league with the Syndicate. Howard, along with Peggy, travels to the Windy City to find the missing girl and determine whether the charges against his friend are true or part of a plot against him.
