Plot Overview
A man who served 20 years for a notorious kidnapping and murder is released from prison. Farrell gets the man to tell his side of the story, but he's killed in a fall from a tenth-story balcony before he can do so. With help from Peggy and his assistant Joe, Farrell reopens the case and discovers a major conspiracy involving the Syndicate, the kidnap victim's father and the company that the father co-founded.
