Plot Overview
Farrell is summoned by rioting prisoners who want him to negotiate on their behalf, but it turns out that the riot is only a cover to break out three prisoners. One of them is an aging man who was serving time for criminal negligence in a building collapse, a man who has turned down parole multiple times because of his guilt, and it turns out that he's a reluctant escapee who's been sprung by a master crook who needs his construction expertise as part of an elaborate bank robbery.
