Plot Overview
A headstrong barrio priest involves Farrell in his efforts to take on a slumlord who's responsible for poor living conditions for those living in his neighborhood. The slumlord turns out to have ties with the Syndicate, and they're more than willing to take out the priest and Farrell to get them off his back.
