Plot Overview
Fugitive drug pusher Drango becomes more desperate as he finds himself caught between the cops and the Syndicate. Meanwhile, Drango's wife delivers a heroin-addicted baby who's fighting for life inside an incubator, and Captain Greer discovers some very disturbing information about his old friend, Sgt. Lassiter.
