Plot Overview
A nightmare in the desert for Julie begins when she picks up a blind hitchhiker. Not long afterward, her car's front tire is disabled by a falling rock, and she is also bitten by a rattlesnake. They manage to flag down a trio of hippies, who, instead of helping them, trade their van for Julie's car, as they need to make a quick getaway. Julie and the hitchhiker are left stranded in the desert, as Pete, Linc and the Captain conduct a search for her. Julie also finds out why her new traveling companion needs to get to town so quickly...he's out to kill the man responsible for blinding him.
