Investigating a murder at the bus station, the team splits up and rides three different tour buses to try and find the killer: Linc boards a bus to Tijuana, where he's beaten by a trio of thugs; Julie heads out for the desert, where she becomes the object of two young men's affections, and Pete goes to a jazz festival, where he encounters a troubled young girl who may have had something to do with the slaying.
