UNCLE Headquarters prepares to host a round table of visiting dignitaries, unaware that one of their top agents, a bomb disposal expert, is really in league with THRUSH and plans to leave a very innocuous looking bomb in the conference room. There's also a very odd little man named Mr. Hemingway who has breached security, and Napoleon and Illya must track him down and contain him and find out what he's up to.
