Plot Overview
A master criminal who's escaped from prison has kidnapped Illya and hid him in one of six buildings in a section of Manhattan, hoping to lure Napoleon and then kill them both. Napoleon gets help from an eccentric pop artist as he tries to find his partner, while the criminal shoots at them and then has his pet leopard chase them.
