Plot Overview

Mr. Waverly arrives at Blair University to address the latest graduating class, at the behest of his dear friend, the college dean. Initially, the only possible trouble that they encounter is from a group of students protesting UNCLE, but soon they discover that Waverly is targeted to be assassinated during his speech...THRUSH has brainwashed his friend, Dean Dwight, into pulling the trigger.
