It has been a very long time since I've been able to put any decent amount of time into the site, and ad revenue is plummeting. Toby and Oz deal with the attempted suicide of a car salesman and when later in the hospital a nurse kills the man Toby connects with a gifted young woman, who's family was killed when she was eight, who has mental powers that surpass his own by including manipulation of a person's conscience. She maybe connected to a series of suspicious suicides, being close by every time, linked to an old biker gang but with a leader with no conscience.
