Plot Overview

Toby and Oz are called to a sexual assault victim, in the park, by a man in a white mask. At hospital she denies she was raped but her shoes are missing that leads Det. Charlie Marks to a previous suspect, Brian Litvack, the park trail rapist who had been released on a technicality from another case Marks was investigating.

Toby assist Marks by finding out there is DNA evidence and so convinced of Litvacks guilt she is prepared to go outside the law that Det Sgt Becker suspends her. Toby tells Marks to look elsewhere as he believes Litvack innocent.
