The Librarian
From The TV IV
The Librarian is a series of TV movies that air on TNT about a New York librarian, Flynn Carsen played by Noah Wyle, who discovers secrets from his family's past that lead him on a series of fantastical adventures in search of legendary artifacts and locations. The movies are somewhat parodies of Indiana Jones and similar adventure movies but are still dramatic in style. Three movies were produced and aired and the third was advertised as the librarian's final adventure.
In 2014 the movies were followed by a TV series, The Librarians, in which Wyle appear as a guest star only.
