From The TV IV

The Librarian is a series of TV movies that air on TNT about a New York librarian, Flynn Carsen played by Noah Wyle, who discovers secrets from his family's past that lead him on a series of fantastical adventures in search of legendary artifacts and locations. The movies are somewhat parodies of Indiana Jones and similar adventure movies but are still dramatic in style. Two movies have aired already with a third set to air in December 2008.
