The Houndcats was an animated comedy on NBC's Saturday morning line-up in 1972.
The Houndcats were a gang of cats and dogs who took on "Mission: Impossible"-style tasks while driving a Stutz Bearcat. They would usually become hysterical when told the tape playing their missions would self-destruct.
