Carl David Schmidt, Colonel Lorenz Tabor, et al.-- Espionage
An East German spy collapses and dies on a busy Washington, D.C. street, and microfilm found in his hearing aid leads Erskine to an espionage ring who is trying to glean information from a scientist involved in an important government project.
