Plot Overview
In Detroit, a dock worker witnesses the attempted murder of an INS agent by Syndicate hit men and is soon offered a bribe to not testify. The man leaves Detroit and heads for Southern California to try and reconcile with his estranged wife and son, and both Erskine and the Syndicate arrive in California to find him.
