Plot Overview
Charles Nyack--Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution, Murder
Murderous fugitive Nyack heads for Baltimore in pursuit of the woman whose testimony sent him to prison. Erskine, Colby and a team of agents arrive in Baltimore to nail the killer, but a major blackout hits the entire East Coast, hindering the agents in thwarting and capturing Nyack.
