Plot Overview
Steve Elliot Chandler--Interstate Transportation of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution, Attempted Murder
After botching a hit in Portland, a hit man flees to San Francisco, where he meets an attractive girl and falls in love. Due to a bloody handprint he left at the scene, the FBI is able to trace him, and they must race vengeful mobsters to catch him.
