Plot Overview

Cookie became hysterical at Nancy's suggestion she give Bill and Martha time to think about having Cookie as a permanent houseguest. Cookie cried that the Marceaus don't want her either and threatened to run away again if she can't stay with Bill and Martha. Laurie confessed to Nancy she's reluctant to attend Geraldine's party since Laurie didn't like Keith the first time she met him. When Gordon read a newspaper account of Keith's resurrection, Geraldine wondered what they'll be reading about him next. Geraldine and Gordon quarreled about Geraldine pushing Colin and Keith into political service. Keith failed to convince Geraldine to cancel the cocktail party. Later, Geraldine faced the tensest moment of her life as Nancy and Laurie arrived at the mansion. Introduced to Keith, Laurie stared into his eyes and stunned everyone with the news she knows him already.
