Basic Information
The Mole was a villain who was usually paired up with Sketch Paree, although he had at least one solo outing (Mole In The Hole). He is squat, pointy-nosed and slouches but had strong forearms from all the digging he does with his hands.
Character History
In the Dick Tracy comic strip, the Mole (real name Louis Rewes Jr.) was a gangster leader and a killer for hire. His hideout was underground beneath a boiler room near a junkyard. He would make deals then double cross the dealmaker. Later in life, the Mole had become a grandfather and had reformed. He became a farmer and then used his underground network to help homeless people relocate.
