Basic Information
The Brow, whose signature feature is a furrowed brow topped with multiple ridges above it, is usually paired with Oodles. His voice is an imitation of James Cagney.
Character History
In the comic strip, the Brow (real name Alfred Brau) was a Nazi spy who operated out of the city Dick Tracy patrolled. He usually radioed ship movements back to his superior although he was also capable of sabotage. During a storyline where he had fallen in love with Gravel Gertie, the Brow fell out of window trying to shoot some policemen and was impaled in a flagpole, killing him.
