Basic Information
Stooge Viller was a villain who was usually paired up with Mumbles. Stooge would usually cook up the schemes the two were involved with, and he repeats what Mumbles says as a way of translating his mumbling.
Character History
In the comic strip, Stooge was a pickpocket and a sleight-of-hand artist. He framed Tracy with counterfeiting then was arrested himself when Tracy's fiancée Tess Trueheart (whom Stooge had started dating) found evidence clearing Tracy and incriminating Stooge. During a botched kidnapping attempt, Stooge died of gangrene poisoning.
