Basic Information
Oodles was a villain that was usually paired with the Brow. He is heavy-set with light blue skin and purple hair that covered his eyes and is not very bright.
Character History
In the Dick Tracy comic strip, Oodles was a killer for hire that weighed 469 pounds (465 without his guns). He was hired to kill the husband of a wealthy woman, which went south after a recording from earlier turned up that would have incriminated them both. He killed the woman. During a hostage situation, Tracy shot Oodles in the head, killing him.
